Koi appreciation seminars are held annually

The Newmarket Koi Group puts on these events without charge but the hotel we use will charge attendees for the use of their meeting rooms which includes lunch and refreshments. They also supply evening dinner and/or overnight accommodation if required.

Main options
£95 per person seminar and dinner plus Saturday night accommodation and Sunday breakfast (complete package)
£35 seminar only (includes refreshments and lunch)

Additional options
£75 per person seminar plus Saturday night accommodation and Sunday breakfast (no Saturday night dinner)

Saturday

  • 10 am Registration, tea and welcome / introductions
  • 11 am First talk
  • 1 pm Lunch
  • 2 pm Second talk                                       (click for details of the four main talks)
  • 4 pm Tea
  • 4:30 pm Third and fourth talks
  • 6:30 pm Conclusion
  • 8 pm Dinner

Sunday

  • 10:30 am Break into 2 or 3 groups for slide judging competition (no judge guidance)
  • 12:30 pm Lunch
  • 1:30 pm All groups meet together for slide judging explanation
  • 3:00 pm Finish
     


The talks on Saturday will be held in the two Courtyard Conference Suites - Suites A & B and, depending on numbers attending, they may be split into two sessions which will run in parallel but repeated so that everyone will have the opportunity to attend all four talks.
